Le Café Lacoste
Le Méridien Beach Plaza | Open daily, 10am – 2am (July–September) | 9am – midnight (October 2025 – April 2026)
Framed by the sparkling shoreline of Le Méridien Beach Plaza, Le Café Lacoste is a breezy beachfront concept brought to life by Lacoste and restaurateur Riccardo Giraudi. Created for long, sun-soaked days and balmy evenings, the café blends Riviera charm with the French brand's signature understated cool.
The all-day menu features Mediterranean-inspired favourites such as seasonal salads, chilled seafood, truffle focaccia, and indulgent desserts paired with cold-pressed juices, classic cocktails, and a few playful creations with a Lacoste twist. Whether you're coming straight from the sand or dressed for sundown, this is a place to unwind with rhythm, style, and a view.
The café will run through September with extended hours until 2am, before transitioning into an autumn–winter rhythm, open daily from 9am to midnight through April 2026.
APM Monaco x COYA Monte-Carlo

At COYA Monte-Carlo, a bold collaboration with contemporary jewellery brand APM Monaco is reshaping the dining experience into something theatrical, textured, and spirited. The bar menu features bespoke cocktails inspired by APM Monaco's latest collections, with jewel-toned garnishes and unexpected flavour pairings. Jacquemus brings its sun-drenched Provençal aesthetic to the Monte-Carlo Beach Club in a full seasonal takeover that feels like a Mediterranean daydream. The poolside setting is reimagined with signature banana yellow and black striped sunbeds and parasols, creating an irresistibly photogenic backdrop of bold lines and coastal ease.
A Jacquemus-curated menu at the Pool Café features summer dishes designed to be light, fresh, and indulgent, from heirloom tomato tartlets and citrus-dressed seafood to playful sorbets and iced rosé slushies. Two dedicated Jacquemus boutiques are also part of the experience, offering exclusive pieces and summer accessories with a Riviera twist.
