Singapore (14 October 2025) — TravMedia's IMM (International Media Marketplace) Asia brought together the region's leading travel media and international tourism brands for a dynamic two-day event at Suntec Singapore. As the 84th IMM globally since the event's inception in 2012, IMM Asia 2025 facilitated thousands of prescheduled one-on-one meetings between more than 150 top-tier travel journalists, editors, content creators and broadcasters and 120 of the world's leading travel and tourism brands.
"In-person meetings remain vital to the travel industry's future," said Nick Wayland, CEO and Founder of TravMedia. "IMM was born out of a desire to bring travel brands and travel media together to help our industry work smarter, not harder. Many travel brands and media tell us it's one of their favourite events of the year, and IMM Asia continues to provide an unrivalled platform for media and industry leaders to collaborate, share insights and drive the conversations shaping global travel across the Asia Pacific region."
Media from Greater China, Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, India and Australia engaged in meaningful conversations with travel brands, cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, destinations and hospitality leaders. Attendees explored fresh story angles, planned future media trips and strengthened industry relationships in an immersive and dynamic setting.
"A sincere thank you to our valued sponsors — Collinson International (owner and operator of Priority Pass) as our Headline Sponsor, Raffles Singapore for hosting our Cocktail Reception, Meliá Hotels International for powering our Coffee Cart, Travel Lifestyle Network for sponsoring the Lanyards, Druk Asia for sponsoring the media bags, and all of our hotel partners for hosting international media. Their support has been instrumental in ensuring the success of IMM Asia, reinforcing its status as the region's premier media networking event," Wayland continued.
Headline Sponsor Collinson International Elevates the Event Experience

TravMedia Awards Asia 2025 Celebrates Excellence
At the luncheon on 14 October, TravMedia announced the TravMedia Awards Asia 2025 winners, recognising the community's best travel writers and PRs. The awards program, now in its second year in Singapore, expanded from four to eight categories, further cementing the event's commitment to celebrating excellence in travel journalism, PR and content creation across the Asia Pacific region.
The two-day event culminated in an elegant networking reception at the iconic Raffles Hotel Singapore. For the third time, the legendary hotel—which has welcomed dignitaries, writers and travellers from around the world for more than 138 years—graciously opened its doors to host the IMM cocktail event.
"Over the past 14 years, we have hosted numerous cocktail parties for IMM worldwide, but few venues can compare with Raffles Hotel Singapore," said Wayland. "Being able to gather in such an extraordinary venue makes the evening even more special, and we are deeply grateful for their continued partnership."
The reception provided the perfect backdrop for guests from premium travel, tourism and hospitality brands to unwind after a full day of meetings and networking, fostering valuable connections in one of Asia's most prestigious settings.
BE WTR served as the official premium sustainable water partner for IMM Asia 2025. Throughout the event, attendees and exhibitors experienced firsthand how luxury and sustainability seamlessly coexist through BE WTR's exceptional taste, elegant design, and environmental responsibility. This partnership demonstrated to 300+ industry professionals in attendance that premium guest experiences need not come at the planet's expense.
